About

The Mark 2000 is the Mark 1000 stretched by 87 inches — 57 ahead of the wing and 30 behind it — for 79 passengers against 70, on the same wing and the same engines. It takes off 674 kg lighter than the developed Mark 1000 beside it and lands 1,350 kg heavier, which is the stretch showing up in the structure rather than in the thrust. Dimensions are EUROCONTROL's figures for the F28 type code rather than the certificate's: EASA TCDS A.037 states no dimension for any Mark, and the source does not distinguish them.
