Details

The Fokker F28 Fellowship is the short-haul jet the Fokker 70 and 100 were built from — both are F28 Marks on the same certificate. Two rear-mounted Rolls-Royce Speys, a T-tail and a hydraulic airbrake that splits the tailcone, sized for runways a 737 could not use. It runs from the 30,164 kg Mark 1000 to the 33,112 kg Mark 4000, which seats 85. Dimensions are EUROCONTROL's figures for the F28 type code rather than the certificate's: EASA TCDS A.037 states no dimension for any Mark, and the source does not distinguish them.
