About

The Skyservant: a new, much larger fuselage on the same wing, taking the Do 28 from eight occupants to fifteen passengers and from 2,720 kg to 3,500. This is the aeroplane most people mean by "Do 28", and the one the Luftwaffe and the Bundesmarine flew for thirty years. The cruise speed, range, ceiling and climb rate are EUROCONTROL's figures for the D28D type code rather than a certificate's: a type certificate states limits and weights, not cruise performance, and the source does not distinguish sub-variants.
