Boeing 767-400ER
Boeing Commercial Airplanes

About
The Boeing 767-400ER is the largest and most advanced variant of the 767 family. Launched in 1999, it features a 21-foot fuselage stretch over the 767-300, plus a 4.42-meter wingspan extension with raked wingtips. It can accommodate up to 375 passengers in high-density configuration and typically seats 245 in three-class layout. The 767-400ER incorporates advanced avionics and improved fuel efficiency. Despite its capabilities, only 37 aircraft were produced as airlines shifted to the larger 777 and more efficient 787. The 767-400ER serves primarily on medium to long-haul routes for airlines like Delta and United. Cabin width and height are Boeing's own, from Boeing D6-58328 REV K, 767 Airplane Characteristics for Airport Planning, section 2.5.1, page 2-23: interior trim to trim 186 in (4.72 m), 82.5 in (2.10 m) floor to ceiling.
