Boeing 767-200
Boeing Commercial Airplanes

About
The 767-200 is the original 767 and the aeroplane that made ETOPS ordinary — a twin-aisle twinjet built for routes a widebody four had been too big for. It takes off at 142,881 kg, seats 216 in two classes and is certified for 290 with the second overwing exit fitted. Boeing later sold the same airframe at up to 179,169 kg as the 767-200ER, and the certificate folds that into this model rather than naming it separately. The cruise speed, cruise Mach, range, ceiling, climb rate and take-off distance are EUROCONTROL's figures for the B762 type code rather than a certificate's: a type certificate states limits and weights, not cruise performance, and the source does not distinguish sub-variants. Cabin width and height are Boeing's own, from Boeing D6-58328 REV K, 767 Airplane Characteristics for Airport Planning, section 2.5.1, page 2-23: interior trim to trim 186 in (4.72 m), 82.5 in (2.10 m) floor to ceiling.
