About

The convertible 727-100C carries a main-deck cargo door and is tabulated in three operational modes with different centre-of-gravity ranges; this row carries the heaviest. It reconfigures between 70 passengers with two pallets and eight 125-inch pallets with none, which is where its 118 m³ maximum cargo volume comes from against the passenger -100's 25 m³. It weighs 1,600 kg more empty than the -100. Cabin width and height are Boeing's own, from Boeing D6-58324, 727 Airplane Characteristics for Airport Planning, section 2.5, page 19: interior trim to trim 140 in (356 cm), 86.3 in (219 cm) floor to ceiling.
