Airbus A310-200
Airbus SAS

About
The first A310, certified in March 1983 and in service the same year. It carries 55,100 litres in three tanks — the -300's tail trim tank came later — and seats 237 in a single class against a certified maximum of 275. Its two-crew flight deck was the first on a widebody and is what the A300-600 was rebuilt to use. Cruise speed, range, ceiling and climb rate are EUROCONTROL's figures for the A310 type code rather than a certificate's: a type certificate states limits and weights, not cruise performance, and the source does not distinguish sub-variants.
