About
A high-wing regional airliner that first flew with four piston engines and was rebuilt around two Rolls-Royce Darts when the market made clear it wanted turboprops. The delay let the Fokker F27 take the customers. No type certificate for it is reachable — the FAA's regulatory system is closed to us and EASA never held the type — so this entry carries its history but none of the certified weights the rest of the library is built on.
