About

The Islander on turbines, 400 lb heavier than the piston aeroplane and the first version whose landing weight is below its take-off weight. Its section of the certificate gives two standards; this is the later one. The cruise speed, range, ceiling, climb rate, wingspan, length, height and take-off distance are EUROCONTROL's figures for the BN2T type code rather than a certificate's: a type certificate states limits and weights, not cruise performance, and the source does not distinguish sub-variants.
