Boeing 777-200
Boeing Commercial Airplanes

About
The Boeing 777-200 was the original variant that launched the Triple Seven family in 1995. With United Airlines as its launch customer, the 777-200 introduced revolutionary features including fly-by-wire controls, a fully digital cockpit, and massive Pratt & Whitney, General Electric, or Rolls-Royce engines. Designed to replace aging DC-10s and L-1011s, the 777-200 seats 314-400 passengers and features a spacious cabin with 19-foot-wide fuselage. The extended-range 777-200ER variant offered transcontinental and transatlantic capability. A total of 88 777-200 aircraft were produced, with the last delivered in 2007.
