About
The Dash 80 — the prototype Boeing built with its own money and no orders, from which both the 707 airliner and the KC-135 tanker came. Its designation was a deliberate misdirection: 367 was the piston Stratofreighter. No type certificate for it is reachable — the FAA's regulatory system is closed to us and EASA never held the type — so this entry carries its history but none of the certified weights the rest of the library is built on.
