About

The A300-600F is the -600R built as a freighter, with a main-deck cargo door and no cabin: 540 m³ on the main deck over 158 m³ below, and a 47,954 kg payload against the passenger -600R's 41,195. Certified in April 1994, it was the last A300 in production and is the reason the type is still flying — FedEx and UPS between them took most of them. Cruise speed, range, ceiling and climb rate are EUROCONTROL's figures for the A306 type code rather than a certificate's: a type certificate states limits and weights, not cruise performance, and the source does not distinguish sub-variants.
